WHELPING

Mississippi English Bulldogs offers an in house whelping service. We will gladly whelp your litter from start to finish, from birth up to 8 weeks of age. We are very experienced in raising pups and coordinate with our veterinarian or the vet of your choosing.

We have a full English bulldog ICU unit here at our facility that will provide: Supplements, temperature monitoring, oxygen concentration, nebulization, and full incubation to keep bulldog babies at the proper temperature.

We can administer subcutaneous fluids to get your baby over the hump. Your female will be extremely well taken care of during her stay here. We keep most antibiotics and medication on hand here as well. We charge for necessary medication for pups and mother, but at our cost only; no up charges. Our vet is on call 24/7 if the need should arise.

Your litter requires 24/7 care for the first several weeks. The pups nurse or are bottle fed every two hours the first two weeks of their lives. We weigh your babies twice daily and keep detailed records of health and weight throughout their stay. We provide updates three times daily by phone call or text and we encourage you to call anytime day or night to check on your litter.

Pricing as follows- Pregnant female brought 1 week prior to whelp $250.00. Transportation to my vet or any vet within 50 miles of Charleston, MS for C-section plus time and travel $250.00 fee. C-section must be prepaid in advance. Full whelp up to 6 pups for 8 weeks is $3.000.00, that is mom and pups delivered to us from vet following C-section. Each additional pup over 6 is $50.00 each.

Weekly prices as follows- $600.00 a week up to 4 pups each additional pup is $50.00 each . PUPS ONLY NO MOTHER- $4,000.00 for 8 week stay or $700.00 a week flat fee. MOMMAS WITH PUPPIES- we highly recommend bringing your female here one week prior to C-section so she can be acclimated to her new environment.
